Festival Merch Printing / Stations

What we bring to the grounds

Festival print stations, staffed and ready to roll.

One crew, one power drop, and a menu of live stations you can mix to fit your gate. Here's everything we press on site and how it runs.

Live DTF heat pressing — the workhorse of the tent

Direct-to-film is how we hit full-color, photo-detailed artwork on demand without the setup cost of screens. A design goes from a file to a pressed shirt in minutes, so a festival can drop a surprise-guest graphic mid-day or reprint a sold-out design on the spot. Prints land soft, stretch with the fabric, and survive a summer of wash cycles. Because there's no per-color or per-screen charge, a ten-color tour graphic costs the same to press as a one-color logo.

Blanks that fit a festival crowd

We stock the wall with pieces guests actually want to wear home. Bella+Canvas 3001 tees and unisex tanks anchor the rack, Gildan heavyweights and fleece cover the value and cold-night ends, and Richardson 112 truckers and structured dad hats round out the hat bar. Tell us your color story and size curve and we build the wall around your gate, from XS through 3XL, so nobody in line hears "sold out in your size."

Hat bar & patch station

Guests pick a lid, choose an embroidered or leather patch, and we heat-apply it while they wait. It's the highest-dwell station in the tent — people linger, compare, and film it. Sponsor crests, festival marks, and set-time exclusives all work as patches.

Sponsor activation printing

When a brand sponsors a stage or a lounge, a live press turns their logo into something people choose to wear instead of a flyer they toss. We press co-branded blanks to the sponsor's spec, gate it behind a badge scan or an activity if they want, and hand the brand a clean impression count at the end of the day.

UV DTF & hard goods

For VIP kits and artist gifting suites, peel-and-press UV DTF graphics wrap tumblers, bottles, and rigid swag with durable, full-color art — the premium takeaway that outlives the wristband.

Staffing, power, and space

Every station comes staffed by Merch Troop operators who handle setup, live pressing, and teardown. A single press station runs comfortably in a 10x10 or 10x20 tent on standard 20-amp circuits; we scale presses, tables, and power needs to your gate. Give us your load-in window and we'll show up early, dial in the presses before doors, and break down clean.
