A live tent is quoted by the day, not the piece. Here are the real anchors and everything that moves the number so you can budget before you even call.

There's no per-shirt price list for a live festival tent, and any company that quotes you one before knowing your gate is guessing. A tent is a staffed, all-day operation — you're booking presses, operators, and blanks for the length of the show, the same way you'd book a stage crew. Here's what actually moves the number.

What changes the number

Show hours & days

A single-day boutique festival and a three-day, multi-stage weekend are different animals. Staffing covers setup, live operation, breaks, and teardown for every hour the gate is open.

Presses & crew

The line speed you need dictates how many presses and operators we bring. One press turns 40–70 finished pieces an hour; a big gate with a hot artist drop may want two or three plus a runner.

Blanks on the wall

A tee, a heavyweight hoodie, a Richardson 112 cap, and a canvas tote all carry different blank costs. Your color and size curve, and whether we source the blanks or you supply them, both factor in.

Artwork & drops

Clean, print-ready files keep prep light. Digitizing patches, prepping many designs, or building set-time exclusive drops adds a bit of production time up front.

Travel & load-in

Local shows price differently than a Vegas weekend or a nationwide tour stop. Convention-center and festival load-ins with union or dock requirements can affect crew hours too.
