Music festivals

Music festival merch, pressed between sets.

A multi-stage weekend is a merch marathon. On-demand printing keeps the wall stocked and the line moving from the first act to the headliner.

The merch problem at a music festival

Pre-order the wrong quantities and you either sell out of mediums by 2pm on day one or drive home with a trailer of unsold XLs. Multiply that across a three-day, multi-stage lineup and the guesswork gets expensive fast. A live tent prints only what fans actually buy, so every size stays in stock all weekend and the leftover math disappears.

Daily and set-time exclusives

The best festival merch is scarce and of-the-moment. With live DTF we can drop a "Saturday only" graphic, a headliner-night exclusive, or a surprise-guest tee the minute it's announced — no screens, no lead time, just a new file on the press. That scarcity is what turns a merch tent into a destination.

Keeping the line moving during peak sets

Traffic spikes right before and after the big sets. We staff for the peak, not the average: multiple presses, a clean pick-menu, staged blanks, and a runner so the queue never backs into the walkway. One press turns 40–70 finished pieces an hour, and we scale from there to match your gate.

What we press

Bella+Canvas 3001 tees and tanks for the main wall, Gildan fleece for cold night sets, Richardson 112 caps and dad hats at the hat bar, plus totes and bandanas for the extras. Send your festival art and daily drop schedule and we build the transfer files ahead of load-in.
